Refund policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If within that time you wish to return your order, reach out to us via email at lovebow@lovebow.io including your order number and tell us that you’re wanting to request a return. You do not need to include a photo of your item(s) to request a return.
- We will respond to you within 12 hours via the contact method you used to contact us, to let you know if your return request has been accepted. If your return request is accepted we will give you instructions on how to properly send us the item(s), along with the return address that you will need to ship your return to.
- Please note, that you need to include the original packaging that your order arrived in. Under all circumstances, it is the customers' responsibility to acquire the shipping label and to cover the costs associated with the returns shipping.
- Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. If you request a refund, you will be refunded your full order amount within 7 days of us receiving your return, to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you request a replacement, your replacement will be shipped to you within 7 days of us receiving your return.
These are the circumstances where we will offer returns and refunds:
- If you would like to exchange your product for a new one (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).
- If you simply change your mind and you no longer want the item(s) (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).
- If the item(s) you received we’re faulty or defective in any way (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).
- The item(s) were damaged upon arrival (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).
- If you receive the wrong product(s) (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).
- The product(s) never arrived (reach out to us within 30 days from the day of delivery).

Cancelling an order:
Unfortunately due to our order dispatch process, you will not be able to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you do not want your order anymore, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then follow the steps outlined on this page to return your items.
Exchanges:
If for any reason, you would like a different product instead of the one you ordered and received, please request to return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days by following the steps outlined in our Refund Policy, then place a separate order for the product(s) you would like instead.
The timeframe in which you can expect to receive your refund:
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return. We will notify you by email when we receive your return and to let you know your refund is being processed.
How you will receive your refund:
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving your return. We will notify you via the contact method you used to contact us, that we have received your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lovebow@lovebow.io and we will happily assist you further to promptly find a solution.
Sale items (if applicable):
If you bought your products(s) at sale prices, you will be refunded the amount that you paid for the item(s) at the time of purchase, regardless of what the current advertised price is.
No restocking fee:
We will not charge you a restocking fee for any item(s) returned or refunded.
