Return Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lovebow@lovebow.io. We will respond to you within 12 hours via email to let you know if your return request has been accepted. If your return request is accepted we will give you instructions on how to properly send us the item(s), along with the return address that you will need to ship your return to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, that you need to include the original packaging that your order arrived in. Under all circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to acquire the shipping label and to cover the costs associated with the returns shipping.

Cancelling an order:

Unfortunately due to our order dispatch process, you will not be able to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you do not want your order anymore, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then follow the steps outlined on this page to return your items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
